Mum was very much responsible for initiating my interest in music as a child. Alongside the drama of Rachmaninov & Mahler we grew up listening to West Side story OST, The Beatles, Bob Dylan & Judy Collins. While she didn't always understand the obscure nature of tastes I developed, mum was always very positive about encouraging my interests in music & creativity.
